    Recognising that both individuals AND the organisations managers must take responsibility for engagement, and that the challenges each workplace faces are unique, Sean adopts a tailored approach to meet his clients needs.

    With a background in Psychology and Human Resource Management, Sean has spent much of his career working in Learning and Organisational Development and supporting Change Management Programs.

    Sean has an informal and engaging style of communicating with his audience and enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with others who are interested in improving the relationship between our organisations and the people who work in them.
