• Services Workforce Access Program for Partners (SWAPP)
• Career Transition Assistance Scheme (CTAS)

Our SWAPP services are designed to support the partners of relocated Defence Personnel to more effectively engage the local job market after relocation.  Outcomes include gaining satisfying and rewarding employment, as soon as possible ensuring minimum disruption to your lifestyle and assisting you to settle into your new home.  Services are tailored to your individual situation and requirements and include:

• Job Search Techniques and Strategies 
• Application and Selection Criteria Preparation
• Resume Preparation
• Identifying Training Options
• Networking - to engage the hidden job market
• Interview Coaching and Preparation

Our CTAS program has been developed specifically for Defence personnel who are considering, or who have already decided,  to exit Defence.  Our Platinum Career Transition Program takes individuals through a step by step process that helps you to identify what's important to you about career, what opportunities are available, what your transferable skills are, any training and development you may require and perhaps most importantly, how to sucessfully manage the application and interview process.  In addition to those outlined above in the SWAPP program, Platinum Career Transition Program participants can expect the following benefits:
