A clear career development plan is an essential tool to ensure that you position yourself to take maximum advantage of opportunities, learning experiences and skills development. In much the same way as you become more aware of a certain type of car, once you've decided to buy one, you will be more focused on positive career outcomes and be better able to recognise opportunities. The Career Planning module is delivered using a comprehensive workbook and supported by 2 x 1hr coaching sessions. Access to a range of online tools and resources will enhance the process.

We thoroughly recommend revisiting your career plan every few years to make sure it and you are tracking correctly. This doesn't mean you have to come back to us though, unless you want to of course. As part of our objective our consultants aim to provide you with all the skills you need to conduct your own ongoing career planning. You also have copies of all the resources you'll need and as a former client of ours you'll be on our mailing list that will provide regular updates and access to cutting edge resources.
