Something I've been meaning to do for a while but never gotten down to it was to thank you for the time you spent helping Rob through the most difficult period in his entire life.  By working with him, you helped him find direction and to start to regain the confidence lost as a result of his retrenchment.  For this, our family cannot thank you enough.

I was very interested to see how the final phase of your process - the cold calling to open up a network - was going to evolve!  Rob is a brilliant salesperson but realyl battles to sell himself so could not come to terms with what was expected of him.  Luckily you didn't need to force the issue and we also now realise the importance of working at building a network - something that comes very naturally in life and you don not realise the importance of it - till you've left it behind...

His new job will not be an easy one but he is ready for the challenge and we are very relieved to have our lives back on track again.
