All of our coaches are qualified professionals and have access wide range of vocational assessment instruments. So, what does this really mean? Essentially we're referring to proven and reliable tests that are designed to assess the candidates interests, strengths, preferences and personality

The tests produce reports that are a useful tool when working with a career coach to determine what sort of work is typically enjoyed by someone with a certain set of characteristics, aptitudes and competencies.

The tests we use are all well established as fair, reliable and effective. They are delivered on line and your results are posted in a secure section (for your access only) in our website. Or they can be printed and handed to you. Because of the interpretive nature of these tests they must be accompanied by a debrief from an appropriately qualified coach.
